Terms of Service
This translation is provided for convenience only. If it differs in any way from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails. Korean original
1. The Service
"Silmary" (the "Service") is a workflow tool for producing long-form AI video, operated by MEME Creative (the "Operator"). The Service provides features for organizing stories, characters, cuts and lines and for assembling prompts for generation; the video generation itself takes place on the external platforms the user uses.
2. Accounts
Users sign in to the Service with a Google account. Users are responsible for keeping their own accounts secure. During the test period, the Operator may make features available to some accounts only.
3. Project Data
Project data created by users is stored in the user's own Google Drive, and the rights to it belong to the user. The Operator does not keep project data on its servers or view it. Deletion, sharing and backup in Drive are managed by the user.
4. AI Features and AI Passes
- AI manuscript import runs by deducting one AI pass. If a run fails, the AI pass is refunded.
- The way the AI divides the manuscript is for reference only; the user reviews the result and decides how to structure the manuscript. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of the results.
- The price and payment method for AI passes are shown on the Service screen. Until a payment feature is introduced, the Operator grants AI passes.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Entering into the AI features any content that infringes the rights of others or violates the law, and calling the Service excessively with automated tools, are prohibited. Violations may result in restricted use.
6. Changes to and Suspension of the Service
The Operator may add or change features, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, outages or business reasons. If the Service is to be discontinued, the Operator will give notice 30 days in advance. Because project data is in the user's Drive, it remains after the Service is discontinued.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages in connection with features provided free of charge or on a test basis. The same applies to problems arising from outages or policy changes of external platforms (Google, generation platforms).
